schlitterbahn preview
8:10 PMbe prepared to be delighted and disappointed. kinda like "coming to theaters SUMMER 2034!" following the most action packed, thrilling, hilarious, epic love story of our time.
ok, not really like that.
we went to "Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort" today. you know. . . i wouldn't really call it a resort. (then again i've never stayed there) but it's definitely the waterpark of waterparks. it's huge. and hot. and full of water. and kids. and their parents. and their parents' parents. and all of their cousins, aunts, uncles, bffs, neighbors, boyfriends and girlfriends, enemies, classmates, and just random people they picked up along the way. there are millions of people there, each of them holding an innertube. (see, i don't know about you, but the word "resort" doesn't usually conjure images of crazy families of 52 running by my patio screaming bloody murder at one another about how they "HAVE! TO! GET! TO! THE! NEXT! RIDE! HURRRRRYYYYYYY!" that's just me.)
i took my two beans, along with chancellor, my mom, and sister. holy jeez, i'm freakin' exhausted. i have a whole slew of pictures, as we bought a digital underwater camera, and i got a little snap happy. however, i'm totally NOT in the mood to edit them at all.... i gave it a good, hearty effort. and by that, i mean i stared at the screen for a solid 10 minutes.
this was our only weekend to spend with cohen for the month of july, so we had to do something fun. more on everything later. all i have for you now is this one little teaser picture of fabulous.
nighty night peeps.
