i have never, ever EVER waited this long to do my taxes. pretty sure employers are supposed to send out w-2s and such by january 31st.. uh huh, so the latest i've submitted my taxes has been february 1st. i'm not rolling in the dolla dolla bills, i have children, and before that i was underpaid - i look forward to my REFUND. now, i know suze orman would say i need to adjust my w-4 so i get the money i earn in my paycheck instead of expecting that refund (but pretty sure suze isn't recommending i leave myself with  3 days til the tax deadline either. so fail and double fail).

jeez louise and thelma (i doubt they gave two shits about their taxes. i should watch that movie. not a fan of gina davis, but good ol' mr. jolie... i mean pitt. mr. pitt. tangent.)

is my life really sooo hectic that i have better things to do than sit down and fill out that oh-so-simple and real quick form that will inevitably result in money in the bank? why yes. better things like making dinner, and giving baths, and working, and cleaning, and the ever-replenishing load of laundry, and grocery shopping, and playing, and blog hopping, and writing about what a big, lazy, procrastinating slacker i am.
